Return Policy

Book Returns 

Our policy lasts 5 days on damaged items. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase was marked as delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

With printing, there are a range of minor defects that are considered normal wear and tear since books are a paper product. These minor defects can include slightly bent corners and small scratches. While we do our absolute best to package your items carefully and securely, we cannot control how the package is handled once we release it to the shipping carrier. Therefore. Little Brown Kids is not liable for any damages that fall under normal wear and tear, nor do said damages warrant a refund. 

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1700 Northside Drive, Ste A7 #6404, Atlanta, GA 30318. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

 

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Apparel Returns

All of our apparel is printed on demand, through a trusted third-party company. Which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported by the third-party company if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, the third-party company offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 7 days of product delivery and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
