How long will my order take to deliver?

Production times vary for some products. 

Our hardcover books take 5 business days to print. Once printed, they will be shipped and delivered within 3-5 business days.

Paperback books ship and are delivered in 5-7 business days.

Apparel orders take between 3-5 business days to print and 1-3 business days to ship and deliver.

Regardless of varying production times, you should always receive your full order within 10 business days. If more than 10 business days have gone by and you have not received your full order, please email us at support@littlebrownkids.com

Following credit card authorization and verification, your book orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. During the Holidays please expect a delay. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

Orders WILL NOT be reshipped if we receive delivery confirmation. Please contact your mail carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure a complete and correct shipping address when the order is placed. If the package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address your order will be refunded as a courtesy minus the shipping charge however we will not reship the order.​

How do I cancel my order or make changes?

Once an order has been submitted, you have 1 hour to contact us to try and make edits or cancel your order. Once an hour has gone by, no edits or cancellations can be made.
